Kevin Bull joins as strategic alliance development director and Simon Pinner has been appointed as sales director. Both report to Kevin Addison, head of asset management distribution, UK and Europe. 

 

Bull joins from specialist residential property fund manager Hearthstone Investments, having previously held roles at Old Mutual Asset Managers, Britannic Asset Managers, and Prudential. At SEI he will assume responsibility for establishing and developing relationships with key national advisory businesses, networks, platforms, wraps, and strategic advisory firms. 

 

Pinner will be responsible for a panel of approximately 50 UK advisory firms and will also support the team’s expansion into Europe. He joins SEI from Scottish Widows Investment Partnership, where he was head of sales support. Prior to SWIP, Pinner held roles at Gartmore Investment Management, BNP Paribas Security Services, and Thomson Financial Services. “SEI has ambitious plans in the UK and Europe, where we see significant opportunities to grow our goals-based multi-manager solution,” Addison said in a statement.
